If you need to reschedule, please make contact 48 hrs before your scheduled appointment. No-show clients will be required to pay 75% of the price of the scheduled appointment. Last minute cancellation clients will be required to pay 50% of the price of their scheduled appointment. I understand that there are times when emergencies arise or you have family/work obligations and I would be happy to reschedule your appointment if necessary. If I am able to fill your appointment slot, the fee will be waived. Late Appointments: I understand there are delays that can happen, but I must keep myself and my clients on schedule. If you are 15 minutes late or less, your appointment may need to be shortened, but you will still be responsible for the full cost. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled to another day or time.
